Mishimoto has developed an aluminum expansion tank for the 2015-2020 Ford F-150 to replace the weak and unsightly plastic OEM tank.
Anyone who's ever worked on an aging vehicle knows how brittle plastic pieces in the engine bay become. While the 2015-2020 Ford F-150 is still relatively new, it's only a matter of time before you reach across the engine bay to tighten a bolt or install an upgrade and put your hand through the stock expansion tank.
The stock expansion tank isn't exactly designed to be aesthetically pleasing either. In fact, it looks more like a bag of dinner rolls than an essential part of a rugged work truck. The Mishimoto aluminum 2015-2020 Ford F-150 expansion solves both issues with a durable aluminum construction and sleek design.
The Mishimoto expansion tank is available in either micro-wrinkle black or a natural finish, for easy customization through powder-coating, anodizing, or hydro-dipping*. Our expansion tank also utilizes an easy to read sight glass to make checking the coolant level quick and easy.

The natural finish may show some surface imperfections that will not affect powdercoating or other customization. |
Returns may be accepted within 14 days of purchase pending Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). No returns or cancellations on special order items. All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee, no exceptions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Item must be able to be resold as new.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Hazardous materials, fluids, greases, chemicals, and clothing are not able to return.
Free shipping is available within the lower 48 states for most orders totaling $199 or more. A free shipping option will be available during checkout. This offer is for delivery address in the continental United States and excludes shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii, Military Boxes, and items that require freight shipping.
