Returns may be accepted within 14 days of purchase pending an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). No returns or cancellations on special order items. All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee, no exceptions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Item must be able to be resold as new.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Hazardous materials, electronics, fluids, greases, chemicals, and clothing are not able to return.

If you attempt installation, modify or alter the item in any manner, we will not accept it as a return and will not cover any expenses related to the product or installation.

SHIPMENT REFUSALS

Refused or undeliverable orders that are returned to our facility will be processed like a standard return; this means all shipping costs, including return freight charges and any return-to-sender fees assessed by the shipping carrier, will be deducted from the product refund. This will also delay the refund process.

If you would like to return an item, all shipments must be accepted and then sent back following our standard return process by clicking the link above.

Refusals for International Orders: Duty, Taxes, and Fees incurred during return will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Charges:   Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the client. Some exceptions may apply (Incorrect item shipped).

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards and/or E-Gift cards
Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be returned to the customer at the expense of the customer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at pattersonperformanceparts@gmail.com for instructions on receiving a replacement component.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
