Patterson Performance will price match authorized dealers of the item you are interested in. Price matching is not eligible for items on marketplaces such as ebay, amazon, etc.
AnswerMost in stock items will ship within 24-48 hours (excludes holidays / weekends). Many manufacturers are currently experiencing extended backorder times on many items due to lack of raw materials. If an item is not in stock, please contact us for an estimated availability date for the item you are interested in. If you opt for expedited shipping, we will ship via the ship method selected if available. Some manufacturers do not offer certain expedited shipping options, so we will select the shipping option that best matches your selection.
AnswerPatterson Performance ships from various locations. Any in stock items will ship directly from our facility in El Paso, TX within 48 hours. In stock drop shipped items will ship within 24-48 hours.
Any item that is ordered while out of stock will be placed on backorder with the manufacturer, and shipped as soon as the product is available. An ETA will be provided via email on out of stock items. If you have any questions about an out of stock item, please contact our support team before placing your order.
We do allow for shipping to an alternative address other than the payment methods billing address. The simplest way is to use Paypal to prevent any delays in order processing / shipping.
Payment by Credit Card, Debit Card, etc other than Paypal may require additional verification which may delay order processing / shipping.
Orders may be cancelled if an email is sent to cancel before the item has shipped. If an item has shipped and we are able to recall the shipment, additional fees may be applicable.
Special order / backorder items are not able to be cancelled or refunded.
Returns may be accepted on new, unopened items in new condition within 14 days of delivery pending RMA approval. Please see our return policy page for more information. Restocking fees may apply.
Installed items, used items or items that have been attempted to be installed are not eligible for return.

If the item is damaged, please provide your order number and tracking number. Retain all original packing material & boxes. The shipper will require photos of the original packaging to approve a claim. If the item is lost, please provide your order number and tracking number so that we can file a claim.
Yes we do offer a military / first responder discount* for active duty / retired military personnel with proof of military or law enforcement affilliation.
To obtain your verified military personnel discount code, please send a photocopy of your active/retired ID cart to email@example.com.
Please note that some brands may not allow for any discounts, including military discount.
