Free shipping is available within the lower 48 states for orders totaling $199 or more. A free shipping option will be available during checkout. This offer is for delivery address in the continental United States and excludes shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii, Military Boxes, and items that require freight shipping.
Patterson Performance stocks a large quantity of items at any given time. Some items may require drop shipping from one of our various distributors. In stock items will ship within 1-2 business days. If you're needing your product quickly, please contact us to verify product availability before placing your order. Orders requiring additional verification (security concerns, incorrect information, etc.) may need additional processing time. Estimated shipping dates are not guaranteed and are subject to change based on inventory levels and manufacturer lead times. Backordered items are shipped immediately once available.
The delivery time of your order is based on the shipping option you choose at checkout. Shipping times are an estimate of the delivery timeframe, but are not guaranteed. Most carriers consider weekdays as business days, as packages may not make progress on weekends/holidays. Transit times are estimated as follows:
If your order consists of an out of stock item, the item will be shipped immediately after it returns to an in stock status. If your order consists of multiple items and some items are not currently available, we will ship all in stock items after order processing.
Most items are available for shipment worldwide. The shipping price reflected on the website at the time of checkout may be incorrect. Please contact us for a shipping quote on the items you are looking to order to prevent delays.
Patterson Performance requires that the billing and shipping address match for all orders. The billing address must match your payment methods address on record or your order may be delayed / cancelled. Making payment via Paypal or a financing option will allow orders that require shipping to alternate addresses.
If your shipment becomes damaged or lost in transit, please notify one of our customer service representatives immediately. Do not discard any boxes or packaging materials that were included with the shipment. In order to fully process a damage claim, all original products and packaging materials must be provided. Patterson Performance is not liable for damage claims that are denied due to customer negligence.
