The Eventuri BMW E9X M3 Black Carbon Airbox Lid is a precision-engineered upgrade designed specifically for the legendary S65 V8 engine. Recognizing that the factory airbox was co-developed by BMW alongside the Williams Formula 1 team, Eventuri took a measured approach to enhance the system without disrupting the integrity of one of BMW M’s most celebrated intake designs.
Rather than redesigning a highly optimized factory component, Eventuri focused on refining a single visual and acoustic element — the airbox lid. This carbon fiber replacement retains the OEM airbox architecture while elevating the induction character of the S65, allowing more of the engine’s unmistakable tone to be experienced from the driver’s seat.
Constructed from 100% prepreg carbon fiber and finished in a deep gloss clear coat, the lid delivers exceptional surface clarity, structural consistency, and heat resistance. The signature 2x2 twill weave complements both factory carbon accents and Eventuri’s intake and plenum upgrades, creating a cohesive, motorsport-inspired engine bay aesthetic.
Designed as a direct replacement for the factory plastic lid, installation is straightforward and utilizes all original BMW mounting locations and hardware. The result is an OEM-level fit paired with a distinctly premium visual upgrade worthy of the high-revving S65 platform.

- This item is an add-on accessory for Eventuri's intake system. Intake is not included with purchase.
Returns may be accepted within 14 days of purchase pending Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). No returns or cancellations on special order items. All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee, no exceptions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Item must be able to be resold as new.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Hazardous materials, fluids, greases, chemicals, and clothing are not able to return.
Free shipping is available within the lower 48 states for most orders totaling $199 or more. A free shipping option will be available during checkout. This offer is for delivery address in the continental United States and excludes shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii, Military Boxes, and items that require freight shipping.
