The ARM N55 Intake Manifold is designed to support your high-horsepower N55 build!  The ARM N55 Intake Manifold allows more airflow over the OEM N55 intake manifold, supports port-injection, and is a bulletproof solution to the fragile plastic OEM N55 intake manifold.  



The factory N55 intake manifold was never designed to handle the demands of high-boost, high-horsepower builds. Its restrictive plastic design quickly becomes a bottleneck once you begin pushing your setup past the 400whp mark. The ARM N55 Intake Manifold replaces the weak plastic OEM N55 intake manifold with a durable, lightweight aluminum unit built to withstand extreme boost while dramatically improving airflow and increased fueling capability.

CONSTRUCTION

The ARM N55 Intake Manifold is a direct-fit and installs using all factory connections for a simple, OEM-style fitment. No cutting, no fabrication, and no tuning headaches.  You can use any existing components that are currently connected to your OEM N55 intake manifold, specifically any upgraded charge pipes.  The ARM N55 Intake Manifold incorporates a machined flange for reinstallation of your DME in the factory location, so there is no relocating or stretching of wires to your DME. 

The ARM N55 Manifold expands both the airflow and fueling potential of your N55. Designed around smooth, high-flow runners and optimized plenum volume, it delivers increased airflow and improved efficiency across the powerband.  The larger, smoother runners improve top-end power and throttle response.

For N55 owners looking to step into higher power levels, the integrated top-mounted port injection bungs allow easy addition of a secondary fueling system. This provides the fuel volume required for full E85, methanol-free tuning, or big turbo upgrades, ensuring reliable performance at 600+whp and beyond.



For those not utilizing the port-injection system, the ARM N55 Intake Manifold includes port-injection block-off plugs which allow the ARM Intake Manifold to support N55's without additional fueling.

With multiple expansion vacuum ports, you’ll have clean, easy access for connecting blow-off valves, boost gauges, Hobb’s switches, and other accessories without the need for drilling or T-fittings.

Constructed from high-strength T6061 aluminum, the ARM N55 Intake Manifold resists cracking, heat soak, and deformation even under extreme conditions, a massive reliability upgrade over the factory plastic piece.
