As one of the most popular and most powerful supercars on the market, the 720S has become extremely popular as a platform to build on. With looks that could kill, high-speed capabilities, and amazing looks, the 720S is a very special car. Unfortunately, many owners feel there is a lack of exterior carbon fiber components to match the insane performance that lies underneath the elegant body.
Vivid Racing set out to enhance these incredible features with the VR Aero carbon fiber rear diffuser. The gorgeous 2x2 (3K Twill Weave) not only captures the attention of on-lookers but adds to the performance aesthetic of the 720S. By matching the same manufacturing and weave methods as McLaren, each piece is pre-preg dry carbon fiber for ultimate durability and precision fitment. The dry carbon fiber also weighs next to nothing for those that are die-hard about weight savings.
Precision fitment is a result of 3D scanning and CAD engineering, which eliminates the need for modification. The carbon fiber rear diffuser accentuates the performance looks and ties the rear end together, especially when combined with additional carbon fiber pieces. Defining edges that flow with the body lines is what makes this piece so distinctive.
The pre-preg construction and UV-resistant epoxy eliminate the chances of the rear diffuser getting yellow and hazy over time. Commonly seen in cheaper carbon fiber, a yellow haze can form after being exposed to UV rays. Have no fear as the VR Aero rear diffuser eliminates this possibility and will look stunning year after year.

Dry carbon fiber is formed by using a pre-preg or impregnated piece of carbon materials. This piece of carbon is first placed into a mold, and then into a sealed vacuum to properly cure. This particular method creates the least amount of waste and forms a lighter version of carbon than the "wet" method. The vacuuming process of making dry carbon means that there are fewer pinholes and almost no air pockets that form in the carbon. Dry carbon is the highest quality version of carbon fiber products that are produced. However, it is 3 to 4 times more expensive to produce than its counterpart.

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of purchase pending Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). No returns or cancellations on special order items. All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee, no exceptions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Item must be able to be resold as new.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Hazardous materials, fluids, greases, chemicals, and clothing are not able to return.
Free shipping is available within the lower 48 states for most orders totaling $199 or more. A free shipping option will be available during checkout. This offer is for delivery address in the continental United States and excludes shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii, Military Boxes, and items that require freight shipping.

Vivid Racing Guarantees the fitment and quality of all products offered by VR Aero if used for the intended purpose and application. Issues found that are not directly caused by a manufacturing defect are not covered under any warranty offered by Vivid Racing. To qualify for warranty coverage all items must be inspected prior to accepting delivery. Any damage found during delivery inspection must be reported to the carrier before accepting delivery. If damages are reported after delivery no warranty or coverage will be offered.
Exclusions from the Guarantee:
- Acts of Nature
- Neglect
- Misuse
- Use of Gas hood/trunk lifts
- Use of OEM hood latches
- 3 Clear coat blemishes less than 9mm in size
- Imperfect weave
Vivid Racing offers a limited 6 month warranty on clear coat that covers against significant color change. Like Automotive paints and clear coat, slight fading and discoloration is natural, this warranty covers only extreme cases and is at the discretion of Vivid Racing. Vivid Racing reserves the right to refuse clear coat warranty caused by Neglect or Acts of Nature.
Please note: In order for any claim to be submitted, proof of professional installation or its attempt must be provided. All Warranty claims must be submitted for review. If approved, an RMA number will be provided which MUST be included in the packaging. If not included your returned product will be refused. All return shipping costs to and from Vivid Racing are the responsibility of the customer or distributor initiating the warranty claim. If the product is determined to be covered under warranty Vivid Racing will repair the product within original spec, offer a replacement, or refund if needed to the original purchaser. Our warranty does not cover any labor, services, or related products to our product.
