IAG now offers our V2 Oil Pickup, Street Series Baffle and Windage Tray combined with our Street Series Oil Pan coated with a black finish as a complete package. This package is designed to work together as a complete unit. The IAG EJ Street Series Black Oil Pan Package comes with all the parts and hardware you’ll need, eliminating the need to hunt down specialty parts to complete the task of replacing the oil pan on your WRX, STI, Legacy GT or Forester XT.

The IAG EJ Street Series Oil Pan Package for the Subaru WRX, STI, LGT and FXT features a unique design that has been CNC machined to handle a broad spectrum of street and track applications. Made of sturdy cast aluminum, this Street Series Oil Pan is designed to fit a variety of popular headers while increasing oil capacity by up to 30% compared to Subaru’s factory version.

The IAG EJ Street Series Oil Pan uses external cooling fins to dissipate the heat from the oil as air flows across them. It also features a bottom facing drain plug that provides easy service access and ensures that any remaining waste oil is eliminated during maintenance changes. The EJ Street Series Oil Pan has a 1/8th inch NPT port which is compatible with several popular oil temperature sensors. In the case that the sensor port will not be used, this oil pan package comes with a 1/8th inch plug to seal up the port.

The IAG Performance EJ Street Series Oil Pan Package is packed with several thoughtfully designed elements, such as its precision CNC machined upper flange mounting surface, which allows for an exact fit to the vehicle, as well as better hardware fitment. The EJ Street Series Oil Pan comes with a molded o-ring, and it is not necessary to seal it with silicone when installing. The EJ Oil Pan uses an OEM-style crush washer, so there is no need to source specialty parts for servicing. The pan is designed to use the included factory-style Viton dipstick o-rings and it features a uniquely designed chamfer to help with the installation of the dipstick, as well as to prevent oil leaks.

IAG Performance’s EJ Street Series Oil Pan Package comes with an internally integrated stainless steel oil baffle that is designed to inhibit the movement of the oil in the pan, which can lead to cavitation or even oil starvation. The baffle can be removed to allow for future upgrades or for easy cleaning. IAG’s durable oil pan baffle design shines in comparison to oil pans with welded baffles that have a tendency to crack due to vibration inside the pan.

The role of the windage tray is to guide oil from the upper crankcase into the lower crankcase and oil pan area. IAG’s windage tray is constructed from stainless steel with precision-formed louvers that direct the oil downwards and prevent oil that is draining from the cylinder heads in the lower crankcase area from splashing up into the path of the crankshaft and connecting rods.

The IAG V2 Oil Pickup is designed to replace the OEM EJ25 oil pickup which is prone to failure. It's widely recognized that the OEM Subaru oil pickups frequently develop cracks and fail, often leading to engine damage due to insufficient oil pressure. To prevent the cracking issues observed in OEM oil pickup tubes, the IAG oil pickup is constructed from heavy-gauge steel tubing that is TIG welded and twice as thick as the original. It also features a 3/8" stainless steel flange, precision machined to connect with the block and sealed securely with a Viton O-ring. The integrated heavy-duty stainless steel mounting bracket is supported by two mounting points, as opposed to the OEM single mounting point. Additionally, the oil pickup has a contoured bottom with a factory-style mesh screen for proper filtration. The increased material thickness, along with the two-point heavy-duty mounting brackets help to protect the pickup against fatigue and failure.
