The number one reason to purchase an intake is to increase horsepower in your vehicle. The PERRIN intake adds 10-20 horsepower and 10-17 ft. lbs of torque without any check engine lights.
PERRIN intake systems use proper MAF alignment and plumbing size, both of which are crucial to maintaining proper air-fuel ratios and preventing check engine lights that plague competitors. Eliminating intake restrictions and increasing flow potential allows for faster turbo spooling, reduces turbo lag, and broadens the power band.
The heatshield keeps hot engine bay air away from your cold air intake. Constructed from 5052 aluminum, the PERRIN heatshield features a black powder coat finish for protection against the elements and lasting good looks.
PERRIN intake filter elements use open-cell foam to capture dust and dirt. Washable and reusable, PERRIN foam filter elements extend the life of your vehicle. These offer superior performance, minimal airflow restriction, and amazing dust-holding capacity.
NO TUNING REQUIRED. This part is designed and tested to work safely on your vehicle without any ECU recalibrating required. Also, this intake has been thoroughly tested to be safe on all Cobb AccessPORT OTS calibrations.
Returns may be accepted within 14 days of purchase pending Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). No returns or cancellations on special order items. All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee, no exceptions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Item must be able to be resold as new.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Hazardous materials, fluids, greases, chemicals, and clothing are not able to return.
Free shipping is available within the lower 48 states for most orders totaling $199 or more. A free shipping option will be available during checkout. This offer is for delivery address in the continental United States and excludes shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii, Military Boxes, and items that require freight shipping.
